Bring On The Republican Blitzkrieg

The last election the Republicans won and they won big. I hope the newly elected understand that while yes, the American People, by and large, are Conservatives, the election was not just the people saying “we love you”; the election was a cry for help. We want our nation back and the only way this will happen is for the Republicans to stay as mad and focused as are “we the people.”

The last time we gave Republicans control they killed themselves by getting power and not using it to save our beloved nation. I am not sure if this was done out of stupidity, fear of the left, or if in fact they believed the left was correct.

Regardless of why they (The Republicans) turned their backs on us and our common conservative values, the fact is they did and the people revolted against them and the Republican Party. In doing so we got Obama and his band of merry socialists that love to do all they can to destroy our beloved nation piece by piece.

Glenn Harlan Reynolds gave some great advice for the new Republicans in  The Washington Examiner.

The first advice comes from Han Solo in the debut “Star Wars” film: “Don’t get cocky.” Republicans won big in the last election, but, if they think that constitutes an excuse to slip back into their old ways, circa 2004 to 2006, then they are doomed — not just as individual politicians, but quite possibly as a party. The public’s patience is quite limited, and is likely to stay so for the foreseeable future.

Second, remember that fortune favors the bold. It’s true that ordinarily in politics, most progress occurs at the margins. But it’s also true that these are not ordinary times. Big money-saving and government-shrinking proposals in the House, even if they’re shot down by the Democrat-controlled Senate, will nonetheless establish a tone.

Obama came into power and what did he do? Did he attempt to work with the other side? Did he come in and say that we need to be bipartisan? No, he came in with an iron fist and took the power and did all he could to destroy us and he is doing a great job at it.

Now the people have been awakened. We have grown fearful and angry at what has been happening and in the process almost finished off the Republican Party. But in the end “we the people”, we the Conservative Christian Right, came together and voted in mass and with one loud voice we spoke. We sent a clear message to all that we want our nation back.

Now that they have the power in the house will they once again turn on us? In Texas, many House members are supporting a Liberal Speaker and putting their fingers in the eyes of the people. They will pay for this mistake if they continue.

I do not want them to get into power and act like Sheep. I do not want them to stroll in and do what they have done in the past. I do not want them to fear the left. I want them to fear “we the people.” I did not vote for bipartisanship. How can one be bipartisan with their enemy? I want all of the newly elected to go in and have a Republican blitzkrieg. I want you to not walk in – I want you to run in and fight like hell for our commonly shared conservative values. I want you to ignore what the left says and do the right thing.

If you fail us you are done. Make no mistake this election was not all about the love we have for you. This election was a cry for help from the American people and you better understand that or we will find someone who does.

Those who share George Orwell’s concerns about Big Brother can forget the black helicopters and start worrying about the drones. Those Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to which the U.S. military in Afghanistan has shifted so much of its intelligence-gathering duties have become popular with domestic law enforcement agencies as well. And therein lies the potential problem. An Air Force intelligence brief has recently surfaced which holds that should UAVs incidentally capture surveillance video of Americans, the data can be stored and analyzed by the Pentagon for up to 90 days:

Texas Rated Number One For Business – California Comes In Dead Last

As a Business Development consultant called on by CEOs around the nation to help them grow their business in tough times and good ones for decades now, one of the privileges I have is to live in the family and business friendly State of Texas. Years ago after a successful career at Microsoft and 9 other corporations, our family decided to take time to move from Washington State to a place of our choosing. We spent two years looking at several States close to the water with warmer climates like Hawaii, Florida and California. One day our research showed Texas as a possible great place to check out.

By God’s Grace, we discovered Houston, TX and after just a few days here, we fell in love with the friendliest large city in the nation. In my years of traveling for IBM, I had the blessing of working at several large cities around the nation.

The Fruits Of Socialism And Capitalism

Hugo Chavez recently blamed his country’s economic woes on “unfettered” capitalism. In the same breath he said that if a particular industry could not deliver its goods and services to the consumer at the prices set by the socialistic government of Venezuela that he would nationalize that industry.

The absurdity of these conflicting notions becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy in the hands of a “compassionate” dictator.

Beneath the velvet glove of a “compassionate” dictator, lies the mailed fist of a tyrant. When we leave the corporal works of mercy to the government we will be enslaved rather than free, and we will be made poor rather than prosperous, and our souls will be made sick.

You can see what the Socialists really have in mind for us through the glimpses

Will Big Brother Ride Shotgun With You?

God may be your co-pilot, but Big Brother is calling dibs on shotgun in your car. Actually, rather than occupying the front passenger seat, he may be hiding away in a less visible location in the vehicle. Gearhead blog The Truth A

bout Cars reports that the new Transportation Bill may mandate black boxes in all new cars which will record data about where and how you drive:

The new highway bill recently passed by the U.S. Senate, the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act or MAP21, has come under some criticism, in part because of a provision that would give the IRS power to strip American citizens of their U.S. passports if they own the federal government enough money. Another provision of S.1813 also has civil liberties implications, particularly for motorists. If the Senate’s version of the legislation survives the reconciliation process with the House,

What Can I Do To Stem The Tide Of Racial Division That Obama Has Promoted?

love today’s article in American Thinker by Lloyd Marcus; he is a Black, conservative patriot. I am a White, conservative patriot; and I am having the same troubling thoughts as Marcus is having. What can I do to stem the tide of racial division that Obama and his crowd are stirring up and promoting in this country?
