Dave Ramsey’s Entreleadership Solution To Getting Rid Of High Unemployment

May 6, 2011 7:52 pm 0 comments

Dave Ramsey has gone from Zero to over 10 Million dollars in Sales in his small business. Even in this economy, he is growing his business and hiring the right candidates.  Would you like to know the secret to how Dave Ramsey is growing his business? Many of us have been mentored by Dave Ramsey in his entreleadership seminars or via his broadcasts on radio, the web or on Foxnews, cnn, abc, or cbs, know how he does it, but up to now, the secret has not been as readily available as it’s going to be now.

If you are hurting, realize while Dave Ramsey now runs a successful business, a few years ago he was hurting just like many small business owners.

I was twenty-six I had over four million dollars in real estate with over one million dollars net worth. We owned and/or managed hundreds of  rental units, ran three rehab crews, and quickly grew our little empire. However, I had built the business with too much debt and had managed and led poorly. Our primary lender was sold to another bank, and after looking at our situation, they made the fateful decision to limit their risk by calling all our notes—all at once. I spent the next two-and-a-half years losing everything I owned. We were sued a gazillion times, foreclosed on multiple times, and we finally went bankrupt. There I sat with a new baby, a toddler, and a marriage hanging on by a thread, a broke and broken man. I was so scared and so scarred that I surrendered. Completely.

Are you there now? Don’t give up hope! There is a way to turn your life around or start a new business from the ground up like Dave Ramsey did and succeed financially without going crazy! Most of my clients are long established businesses who want to invest in dramatic gains from proven business development systems without spending more money on advertising; but not everyone is ready to invest thousands of dollars to bring in someone to help them grow their sales by $100,000 to $1,000,000,000.00 in 9 months. Here Dave is providing a power pact solution worth thousands of dollars in his new book. Of course, it’s one thing to read it and another to apply it right way! Only action will start you on the right path. Why not start with a proven map and guideline like the one Dave is presenting here.

JUMP ON AND ORDER IT NOW! {I don’t make a dime from its sale but I love seeing others succeed as Dave has. After attending Dave Ramsey’s Entreleadership seminar, I highly recommend his business advice to all would be entrepreneurs.} .

Dave’s honesty about his own awful mistakes reveals a book that is more like one of my favorite annual updates from Warren Buffet rather than typical cheerleading book from a professor somewhere who has not been in the trenches of owning and running a business as many of us have. As he said:

The problem with my company then and now is me. The problem with your company is not the economy, it is not the lack of opportunity, it is not your team. The problem is you. That is the bad news. The good news is, if you’re the problem, you’re also the solution. You’re the one person you can change the easiest. You can decide to grow. Grow your abilities, your character, your education, and your capacity. You can decide who you want to be and get about the business of becoming that person.

He illustrates this well by sharing this eye opening experience:

Within the same week, our team counseled two different guys in the landscape business, both in the same area of town. One was closing his business because he couldn’t make a living, saying, “Nobody can make a living in this economy.” The other was having the best income year of his life. They were in the same business in the same end of town. What was the difference? You’re catching on, right? It was the guy at the wheel.

Millions around the world have been delivered from heavy debt and enjoy a balanced lifestyle, but many do not know that even in our troubling economy, he was hiring  more than 20% of his workforce. But how he hires is NOT the way most small business owners hire. His hiring technique reminds me so much of the way we hired at Microsoft. The vetting process was so powerful that it took Microsoft to become the global leader in Software. Why not start getting your business and life back on the right footing by buying and applying these principles now?

What I love most about Dave Ramsey’s style:

What you are about to read is not a business and leadership book that is theory. This is not a book with formulas based on research. This is a book with principles that were discovered by experience. If you look closely at these pages, you will see they are dotted with lots of blood, gallons of sweat, and many tears. This is the personal playbook of an ultra-successful EntreLeader. You are about to learn from me and my team of leaders what we have learned by doing it. We are practitioners.

He does not speak just theory but practical tools for success from a small businessman who is in the trenches even now!

Also, What’s awesome about his book is that he does not avoid the reality of mistakes. Too many are looking for the perfect book that will have them never fail, but part of the gift God grants us is the gift of free will. Since we are not perfect, some of our decisions are going to be mistakes. Getting back up from a mistake is part of the way God forms Christ’s character in us. In his book, Dave says:

Making mistakes and learning from them is crucial to winning. Learning from others’ mistakes is less painful. Henry Ford said, “Those who never make mistakes work for those of us who do.” It is this spirit that built America, and it is this spirit that has caused you to pick up this book.

Dave also obviously identifies with what so many small business owners go through in servicing their clients as they grow their business.

Our business was officially bigger than me and it was scaring the crud out of me. I was going to have to add more layers of leadership, which meant I was going to have to relinquish control or not grow. Sounds simple, but I am a control freak extraordinaire, so turning loose tasks and responsibilities is not easy. Those of us who are small-business people have stacked our own boxes, answered our own phones, and served our own customers. So making sure business is done the way we would do it matters a lot to guys like me. No corporate training program that creates plastic scripts that manikins spit out, where the customer leaves feeling like something fake just happened. Oh no, guys like me want everyone we come in contact with to feel our dream. We want and demand that customers have an experience. Many of us have had our corporate experience, and we didn’t like it. We want something that is real for us, our team, and our customers. So turning loose is a really emotional thing…

Dave Ramsey’s book is different than just another entrepreneur or leadership book. He focuses on the following important areas for what he terms an entreleader:

•  Passionately serving
•  Mavericks with integrity
•  Disciplined risk-takers
•  Courageous while humble
•  Motivated visionaries
•  Driven while loyal
•  Influential learners

Dave Ramsey provides a great example of what he calls an Entreleader, who is not looking for government bailouts to solve his problems:

I have a good friend who is CEO of a small manufacturing plant. He loves his team but is a very tough leader who demands excellence. The economy had a downturn and the plant’s orders dried up, causing him to temporarily lay off almost his entire production team—over 250 people. Some of those team members have been at his plant for decades, and they and their family are some of his best friends. The morning I called to check on him, I asked him how he was doing. His response was that he had just had a very long walk. He said that he had decided to park at the back of the parking lot every morning from that day until he could get the plant up and running again. Parking at the back meant a long walk past 250 empty spots every morning, and that reminded him of what his job was—to get those team members back to work. That is a true EntreLeader.

This book is Dave Ramsey revealing his playbook on “everything you want to know about building and running a business but didn’t know who to ask.” In it you will also learn what many of us have already experienced in some corporate cultures. As he says:

Too many large, publicly traded companies who hire leadership that is talented but not passionate. The results are like eating cardboard for dessert. Yuck. The customers, the stockholders, and the lawmakers see an entire company that is bland, tasteless, and self-absorbed. Why? Because their leader is. You must care deeply, and it will run through the whole organization.

Russia Declares ‘Holy War’ On Islamic State

The Orthodox Christian Church, which is reclaiming its traditional role in post-Soviet Russia, has just described its government’s fight against the Islamic State and other jihadi groups in Syria as a “holy war.”

According to Vsevolod Chaplin, head of the Church’s Public Affairs Department,

The fight with terrorism is a holy battle and today our country is perhaps the most active force in the world fighting it. The Russian Federation has made a responsible decision on the use of armed forces to defend the People of Syria from the sorrows caused by the arbitrariness of terrorists. Christians are suffering in the region with the kidnapping of clerics and the destruction of churches. Muslims are suffering no less.

This is not a pretext to justify intervention in Syria.

Oregon Shooting – When Tragedy Happens Let’s Focus On The Cause And Not The Tools Used

While the blood was still dripping from those martyrs who, in front of an evil man armed with a gun, asked them if they were Christians and those strong in the faith said they were. He shot them in the head. While those who were lost or weak said nothing he spared their lives and shot them in their legs.

Barrack Hussein Obama angrily ran to the cameras to use this opportunity to say that guns being in the hands of the law-abiding Americans is the problem, and we need to restrict the 2nd amendment to spare the lives of “we the people.”

This is nuts; guns do not kill people, people kill people! You can test this fact in your own home right now. (Do not worry no one will get hurt).

Gun Free Zones Are Killing Zones

How did you feel when you heard of the shootings in Oregon this week? Was the first thing that came to your mind the thought that if we only had stricter gun control legislation, this kind of tragedy could have been prevented?

If you listened to idiotic liberals, like President Barack “Insane” Obama, you might believe that. It is my contention that liberalism is a mental disorder based on the rejection of God and His principles, and extreme irresponsibility.

Where’s the Beef, in Republican candidates, in 2015?

What type of Republican Leader do you want in 2015?

As we look at elections coming up quickly in 2015, as well as the very important 2016 election cycle, what type of “Republican” leaders do you want to shape the future of your county and country?

Do you ever wonder why it is that the current crop of Republicans are not declaring, at every media interview, “These ills have been brought to you by the Democrat Party!” when speaking of Obamacare, the hordes of immigrants being allowed to destroy our country, the Iranian nuclear treaty, the “Black Lives Matter” racial division rhetoric, the attack on the defense of marriage, the 94 million Americans not currently in the work force,

Child protection services Sentences Baby To Death ON 9/11/2015

Child protection services should be self-explanatory based on the simplicity of its name. But they are doing exactly opposite of their name in many places. Wynne, Arkansas is one such place.

A baby has been sentenced to death and will be executed on Friday, September 11, 2015 and Arkansas Department of HUMAN SERVICES (DHS) – Division of Children and Family Services- Central Office will facilitate the delivery of the baby’s 10-year-old to the abortion clinic.

On August 29, 2015 20-year-old Justin Smith was arrested and charged with three counts of rape and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor. His “alleged” victim is a 10-year-old.
